The Candle Never Told Us.
SESSION FLOOR did not begin with a strategy. It began with frustration, years of screens, tools and setups that worked until they didn’t.
The results were inconsistent because the approach was built on outcomes, not understanding. Chasing the next indicator only added noise; it never added context.
So the study changed direction. Thousands of sessions, read slowly and deliberately, no shortcut, no signal service, no promise of certainty. Just the discipline of learning to read the institutional footprint instead of reacting to the surface.
What follows is not a claim of mastery. It is a record of the work, and an invitation to study the same way, with context, patience and honesty about what the market does and does not reveal.
The Search
It began the way it does for most, collecting indicators, entry models and strategies, convinced the next one would finally bring certainty. It never did.
The Shift
The change came slowly. Instead of asking what to buy, the question became who was participating, and when. We stopped studying the candle and started studying the session that produced it.
The Footprint
Years of sessions were reviewed, annotated and revisited, learning to read liquidity, displacement and the footprint institutional flow leaves behind, whether or not anyone is watching.
The Floor
